Poetry can be a unique gateway into the heart and mind of the author. During my darkest and most emotionally turbulent days, I turned to poetry as a way of expressing myself. I loved the freedom that poetry gave me for there were virtually no rules when writing it. While I seldom venture down the path of poetic expression anymore, the works posted here represent the infancy of my story telling days.
